About this apartment rental
A warm welcome to our beautiful vacation rental, “de Hahnpoten,” in the Aurora apartment building at Vitamar Vacation Park in Dorum-Neufeld!
Just 200 meters from the sea and offering a magnificent view of the dike, this first-class, child-friendly, non-smoking apartment—awarded a 4-star rating by the German Tourism Association—awaits you. It sleeps 4 people and is located on the 2nd floor, easily accessible by elevator. In addition, the apartment is pet-free and suitable for people with allergies.
The apartment has two bedrooms: a large one with a box-spring bed (1.80 x 2.00 m), a flat-screen TV, and a built-in closet; and another bedroom with a high-quality sleeper sofa (1.60 x 2.00 m). Both bedrooms are equipped with exterior roller shutters for blackout.
The lovingly furnished living room invites you to relax with its cozy sofa set, swivel chair, flat-screen TV, and dining area. The modern kitchen is fully equipped—from a dishwasher to an oven, microwave, and glass-ceramic cooktop, nothing is missing here.
The modern bathroom features a walk-in shower, sink, hair dryer, and natural light.
Enjoy relaxing moments on the balcony, which is accessible directly from the living room and furnished with outdoor furniture (no beach chair) in the summer. Thanks to its southwest-facing orientation, you can enjoy the sun well into the evening.
You’ll also have access to free Wi-Fi and a parking space in front of the house. A travel crib is available for our younger guests. Unfortunately, pets are not allowed in this vacation rental.
In the basement, you’ll find a lockable bike storage room and a laundry room with a washer and dryer (for a fee).
