Welcome to our beautiful vacation rental, “de Roggenbloom,” in the Aurora apartment building (Vitamar Vacation Park) in Dorum-Neufeld!
This high-quality, fully furnished 3-room apartment sleeps up to 4 people and is located on the 1st floor, easily accessible by elevator. Look forward to sunny afternoons, as the apartment faces southwest. From the large floor-to-ceiling windows in the living room and bedrooms, as well as from the spacious balcony, you’ll enjoy a beautiful view of the dike, and you’re just 200 meters from the sea.
The apartment features two bedrooms with comfortable box-spring beds and a cozy living area with a sofa and armchair. The well-equipped built-in kitchen features a dishwasher, ceramic cooktop, oven, microwave, and refrigerator. At the large dining table, you can enjoy meals with your family or spend a fun afternoon playing games—games, books, and a stereo system are provided.
The modern bathroom is equipped with a walk-in shower featuring a full-glass shower enclosure, a sink, a large mirror, and a window.
You’ll also have access to free Wi-Fi and two parking spaces in front of the house. For our younger guests, there’s a travel crib and a high chair. Unfortunately, pets are not allowed in this vacation rental.
Enjoy the swimming pool at the neighboring Triton building, which features a children’s pool, a hot tub, and comfortable lounge chairs. You can use the swimming pool and the children’s pool free of charge, and the sauna is also available to you at no additional cost.
In the basement, you’ll find a lockable bike storage room and a laundry room with a washer and dryer (for a fee).
