This home is supplied by a private well and is equipped with a water softener. While the water is suitable for bathing and everyday household use, we recommend drinking bottled water during your stay.

Septic System:
This home is on a septic system. Please flush only human waste . Do not flush wipes (including those labeled "flushable"), paper towels, feminine hygiene products, diapers, cotton swabs, or any other items, as they can damage the septic system and result in costly repairs.

Grill Use : Please clean the grill after each use. If the grill is left uncleaned, an additional cleaning fee will be charged.
