This wonderful big house is located less that a five minute from healing Warm Mineral Springs.
One may wonder, what is the Warm Mineral Springs? The magical springs, that people from all over the world come to visit, is the largest warm springs in the WORLD. Some people even call the place a Fountain Of Youth. The waters are known for their symptom reliefs and overall benefits for people's health. There is a wide spectrum of different nationalities including but not limited to Russian, Ukrainian, Polish and other European countries.
The house has big master bedroom with full bathroom (including shower, big bath and toilet) with large walking closet, and 2 more bedrooms with full bathroom .House has huge new living room with Smart TV, sofa, loveseat. Kitchen with dining area, as well as inclusion of Osmosis water system, meaning that you can drink filtered water out of the faucet. The kitchen has new kitchen appliances and other cooking stuff
One bedroom has two twin size beds. Second bedroom has a queen sized bed. Master bedroom has queen size bed and has Smart TV. There are bedroom and bath supplies like towels for both beach and bath use, sheets, pillowcases, and duvet covers.
House has drying and washing machine room with all laundry supplies including. Backyard has screen lanai includes an outdoor set of table and chairs . We have 3 security cameras, ONE facing front yard, second on left side on the house equipment. 3 camera is on the garage facing on driveway. They are always ON."
The neighborhood is quiet and friendly, and grocery stores, restaurants, parks are close by. Beaches are less that 20 minutes away.

The house was nice, the beds were decent. The furniture and cooking items in the kitchen were very lacking. The couch and chairs in the living room were old and broke down and sort of junky. The pans for cooking were extremely old and so heavily scratched we did not want to cook with them. The dishwasher was not even attached under the counter, it could be pulled right out of its location. The racks in the dishwasher were burnt and damaged that it could not be used. It was a decent place but we didn’t feel like there was much concern from the owner as to the comforts of home one would look for in a VRBO. Like comfortable and undamaged furniture, undamaged cooking utensils. However the home was relatively clean and nice outside of those few issues. I would recommend this VRBO but hope those items are corrected for the next renters. We did enjoy or stay.

Beautiful house, but with several annoying deficiencies which would not be that hard to correct. Yard/grounds were in absolutely deplorable condition until landscapers arrived several days into our stay. Still, a pretty satisfactory stay overall.

We enjoyed staying at this vacation home! The house was very clean, and felt spacious for our family of six. The beds were comfortable. It was handy having a washer and dryer so we could pack lighter. It was also very kind of the host to provide linens. The neighborhood felt safe, we enjoyed taking walks with our kids. There were several stores and restaurants nearby. We enjoyed several nice beaches within 25 to 30 min drive. We would be happy to stay here again.

Nice clean house with a great floor plan. We were disappointed there wasn't any backyard. (a screened in lanai is in back of house) Greenery around house is immensely overgrown. Management was fast to answer all questions. Posted rules state the thermostat was not to be set by us to go below 75 degrees, and it was locked at 73 degrees.
The outside temp was over 90 degrees a few days which made it quite uncomfortable in the house. We ended up going to Lowes and buying a big fan for relief. We were booked for almost 2 months. We left the house as clean as it was when we checked in.
