About this apartment rental

Beautifully renovated three bedrooms, two bathrooms condo on the intercostal. This modern oasis is stocked with nearly everything you need to provide the comforts of home. One block from pristine waters of Ft. Lauderdale beach. The property features a large pool, hot tub, & BBQ grills. It is centrally located with variety of bars, restaurants, and entertainment within walking distance or a short
ride away. Close access to the water taxi. The supermarket and mall are just a few mins up the road.

Extremely spacious condo, especially considering its close proximity to the beach. Open-concept modern condo with a generously sized living room and spacious bedrooms. Can comfortably accommodate 8 guests.

Guests have full access to the amenities of the property which includes publicly-shared washer/dryer facilities, heated pool and hot tub, BBQ grills and more!
Rules per the Homeowners Association (HOA) of the building:

- Quiet Hours: 10pm - 7am

More details regarding `Quiet Hours`: Any sound shall not be plainly audible for a period of one (1) minute or longer at a distance of twenty-five (25) feet or more when measured from the source property line between the hours of 10:00 p.m. and 7:00 a.m. daily and at a distance of fifty (50) feet or more when measured from the source property line between the hours of 7:00 a.m. and 10:00 p.m. daily. Please note there is a noise detection device to enforce quiet hours.

Should law enforcement or code enforcement get dispatched to the unit due to excessive noise complaints, this will result in a $1,000 fine.

- No outside guests may use the common areas (e.g. the pool area). In other words, only the guests listed within the Airbnb reservation may use the common facilities.

- No parties, gatherings, or large events

- No smoking or vaping anywhere on site, including outdoor common areas.

- No pets.

- Primary renter must be 25+ to RSVP. Primary renter must be present during entire duration of stay.

- Please report any damages to host immediately on first day of check in. If damages are determined to be caused by guest misuse, additional charges may be assessed for repairs/replacement.

- Guest agrees to leave the premises and its contents in the same condition, neat, clean, and tidy as Guest found the premises to be upon check-in. Normal wear and usage is expected, however, excessive dirt on floors, rugs, furniture and trash lying around may require additional cleaning and extra charges may apply

- No glassware or glass containers/bottles in the common areas (e.g. pool
and bbq area)

- Must clean up after oneself in the building common areas (e.g. please do not leave trash, towels, personal items, etc. lying around the pool and bbq area)

- Must clean the outdoor bbq/gas grill after using it

- Violation of any of the above house rules may result in a $500 fine

- Violation of any house rules may result in an eviction with NO refunds.

- Missing towels will incur a fee of $20 per towel

- Please do not place any hot pans, pots or baking sheets directly on top of the quartz counter top without a trivet to prevent permanent heat damage. Damage to the countertop will result in a $5,000 fine to replace them, as the countertops are custom made.

- Please do not place any personal items outside of the unit.

- Total Max weight on bunk beds is 200lbs pounds per bunk.

- Only toilet paper may be flushed down the toilet. Should an incident arise where a professional is needed to address a toilet issue and the professional finds an item that is not toilet paper as the source of the toilet issue, a $500+ fine will be assessed to remediate the problem.

- Party of 6+ are subject to deposit fees.

The unit was exactly as shown. The location was an easy walk to the beach and restaurants. Our little guy fished right off the docks behind the unit. We loved everything about it.

Everything the place was very cleaned. And the surrounding areas was great.

The place was nice and good location but had a few issues there was a rug in the living room that was curled over on edges and we had multiple people trip over it and the kitchen floor was dirty and sticky I immediately notified the owner and he said someone would be there next day to address issues . Someone did come but all they did was roll the rug up and put it under the couch never cleaned the floor and the other areas I had mentioned so I reached back out and all I got was they addressed the issues ! Owner was not pleasant to deal with .
