About this apartment rental
This like-new condo is well located within a quiet, resort-like, gated community and offers great access to the Phoenix area. The Solana complex is located near the US-60 about 25 minutes from Sky Harbor and 15 minutes from Mesa Gateway Airport.
The complex features two pools (the larger, main pool is heated year-round and has a hot tub/spa), a workout center with 24-hour access, two playgrounds and lots of open green space. There are gas grills available at both pools. Parking is available in any uncovered space of which there are many.
This second-floor suite is newly remodeled and fully furnished with all new purchases. There are two bedrooms and two bathrooms. Primary bedroom offers a king bed and ensuite bathroom with large walk-in shower. Secondary bedroom offers a queen bed and access to the main bathroom with tub/shower. Full-size washer and dryer are available in the unit.
Kitchen is well-appointed with new appliances and lots of open counterspace. Kitchen table is set amongst large windows looking out onto the green space which makes for relaxing mealtimes for up to four guests.
Patio located off the kitchen features artificial grass underfoot with bar height table and chairs to sit back and relax outdoors while overlooking out on a large green space towards the pool.
The living room features both sofa and loveseat as well as large smart TV. There is a small desk located between the kitchen eating area and living room space. Wifi access is available, of course.
There is also so much to do in the Phoenix area - everything ranging from golfing to hiking, shopping, sight-seeing and activities. There are professional sports teams, Major League Spring Training, the Barrett-Jackson car auction and NASCAR too. Countless museums, the Phoenix Zoo, waterslides and Botanical Gardens. There are too many amazing restaurants to list - some walkable others requiring a drive.
