Welcome to our clean, cute, and cozy 2-bedroom gated condo. THIS IS A SECOND FLOOR CONDO UNIT. Our newly renovated kitchen & dining area are ideal for a quality family dinner. Our comfortable DreamCloud king mattresses are a haven for restful sleep. Access to the facility's gym, game room, and heated swimming pools are included. This home is centrally located: a 2-minute drive from Banner Gateway Hospital, two large grocery stores, Starbucks, and many dining venues; 25 minutes from Sky Harbor Airport; and 15 minutes from Mesa Gateway Airport.

$200 fee per day per person over 6 guests.
$100 fee for unapproved late checkout.
$100 fee per missing TV remote control or lost key card.
Non-wear and tear damages fee will apply depending on the extent of damages.
Security cameras are installed on the front porch and back patio. No camera is installed inside the house.
The owner lives in the neighborhood and is available if needed.

Host was fabulous, very responsive and the condo was perfect for our family. Clean, great location and the pool/hot tub was such a great surprise bonus. Would absolutely recommend and would stay again !

Nice condo- great location! Pools & hot tub were great. The only downside was the fitness center was not maintained very well. No wipes to wipe down equipment, 1 bike & 1 treadmill didn’t work, and the bathrooms were not maintained.

Two couples shared this condo and it was very comfortable. The bedrooms are split and it was great to have 2 bathrooms. Well appointed kitchen. Comfortable beds are important and these were very nice. Two king beds made it ideal for two couples. The location is convenient with a supermarket nearby. We didn’t use the swim facilities or the fitness. We enjoyed our six nights here and would gladly visit again.
