This traditional Spanish villa features spacious interiors with modern touches, including dedicated workspaces for remote work, seamlessly blending comfort and sophistication. The expansive outdoor area boasts a private pool, a full-size garden bar, and multiple lounging spaces—perfect for relaxation or entertaining!!!

Nestled on a tranquil hillside, just 10 minutes from the center, our luxury detached villa offers breathtaking sea views and a serene escape from everyday life. This traditional Spanish villa features spacious interiors with modern touches, including dedicated workspaces for remote work, seamlessly blending comfort and sophistication. The expansive outdoor area boasts a private pool, a full-size garden bar, and multiple lounging areas—perfect for relaxation or entertaining!!!
The Space
Welcome to our stunning villa in Sitges, Barcelona! Nestled in a peaceful neighborhood, this spacious villa offers private off-street parking and plenty of outdoor space, perfect for families and groups.
Ground Floor / First Floor
As you enter through the secure gate or driveway, you’ll find an outdoor gym, a play area with a ping-pong table, and a basketball hoop—ideal for both relaxation and fun. The villa is surrounded by lush greenery, creating a serene atmosphere where you can unwind and enjoy the Mediterranean weather.
Inside, the villa is designed for comfort and convenience. To your right, an utility room awaits, fully equipped with a washer, dryer, vacuum cleaner, mop and bucket, an extra refrigerator, and a freezer. The built-in cabinet is stocked with beach gear, a travel crib, car seats, a high chair, bed rails, and other essentials to make your stay as seamless as possible.
To your left, step into a large open-plan living and dining area featuring a traditional Spanish kitchen. The living room has cozy seating and a wood-burning fireplace, perfect for cool evenings. Entertainment options include an Xbox, Fire Stick, record player, and a collection of board games, while the dining table comfortably seats eight.
Just a few steps down, you’ll find a vast collection of vinyl records for the record player in the living room, followed by a door leading to the first bedroom with its own private bathroom and direct access to the garden—ideal for morning coffee or evening relaxation.
Second Floor
On the second floor, you’ll discover three well-appointed bedrooms.
The first is a comfortable double bedroom, complete with a TV and ample closet space. Next is a cozy single bedroom, which also features a TV and convenient hanging space for clothes.
The highlight of this floor is the spacious king bedroom, boasting an en suite bathroom with a shower, tub, and bidet. From this room, you can enjoy stunning ocean views and take advantage of generous closet space.
For added convenience, there is a shared bathroom on this floor, equipped with a modern shower.
Top Floor
On the top floor, you’ll find a versatile space that can serve as a dedicated workspace or makeup station—whichever suits your needs—all while enjoying breathtaking sea views.
The main attraction on this floor is the enormous super king-size bedroom, decorated in traditional Spanish style. For cozy nights in, there’s a ceiling-mounted projector perfect for Netflix marathons. This room also features air conditioning, ensuring a comfortable stay even on warm days.
Additionally, the room has a spacious walk-in closet, which can double as a nursing area or play area for little ones, with plenty of room to set up a travel crib. A peaceful and private retreat for relaxation!
All rooms have either blackout shutters or shutters on all windows for a restful night’s sleep.
Outdoor Area/Pool
The villa’s outdoor area is truly phenomenal, offering a vast and beautifully designed space for relaxation and entertainment.
The recently renovated pool area features a stunning saltwater pool (7.5m x 4m) with green tiles, surrounded by a spacious deck. Here, you’ll find a large rattan sofa and four sun loungers for lounging in style.
The garden is thoughtfully designed with staggered levels, providing ample seating and leisure options. The Thai bed level includes three traditional Thai bed loungers and a huge outdoor dining area with a gas grill. There’s also another seating area with comfortable cushions, leading up to a fully equipped bar with a fridge/freezer and sink.
On the topmost level, you can enjoy several swings with breathtaking ocean views. This area also features a shaded seating space that doubles as a movie night area, complete with an outdoor projector and screen.
