The property is rented with 03 employees (caretaker, maid and cook) for R$ 200.00/day each, not included in the booking price.
Electricity consumption will be charged for seasonal rentals.
A security deposit is charged and returned within 2 working days of check-out.
Check-in time: from 2pm until 6pm - after this time, there is a convenience fee.
Check-out time: until 12 noon - A LUXOBRASIL.com.br employee or a representative (employee of the house) will meet the client at the property, at the time previously scheduled, in order to examine the property and receive the keys. For check-outs outside these hours, there is a convenience fee and an excess of the daily rate.

PROPERTY RULES:
NO parties/commemorations/events on the property.
Pets allowed, with prior notice.
The property is limited to 18 (eighteen) people, including children.
Guests will only be allowed with prior authorization.
The guest holding the reservation assumes responsibility for the actions of other people inside the property during their stay, and is responsible for damaged goods and damage to property occurring during their stay in the property, whether caused by themselves or their guests and companions, as well as fines that may occur due to violation of the law or internal regulations of the condominium.
