About this house rental

Villa with 2 houses, 9 suites + 1 room without a bathroom
Main House:
Master Bedroom: 1 Double
Bedroom Q2: 1 couple
Room Q3: 1 couple + 1 baby (crib)
Room Q4: 1 couple + 1 child/adult (single bed) + 1 baby (crib)
Guest House:
Room 0: 2 double beds - Babysitter support (room without a bathtub)
Room 1: 1 double bed and 1 single bed
Room 2: 2 double beds
Room 3: 1 double bed
Room 4: 2 single beds
Room 5: 1 double bed
NOTES: ROOM ZERO DOES NOT HAVE A BATHROOM; YOU MUST USE THE SERVICE BATHROOM LOCATED IN THE SERVICE AREA, WHICH IS INTENDED FOR BABYSITTERS OR DRIVERS.
THE MAXIMUM CAPACITY OF THE HOUSE IS SET OUT ABOVE, AS FOLLOWS:
20 adults and 2 infants. This ensures that everyone is comfortably accommodated, and that the staff can serve them efficiently and safely.
Children are counted as adults because they sleep in beds.
If the guests don’t mind using Room ZERO—which is fine, as it’s just like the others (even cuter, to be honest)—then they can share the bathroom in Room 2, which is the only one outside the room. It’s up to you.
- Upstairs in the house, we’ve left a glass-door refrigerator stocked with drinks, fruit-flavored chocolates, and treats for guests staying there, since this house doesn’t have a kitchen. I suggest you instruct the staff to follow this protocol. The view from the upper house is spectacular—like a painting.
- There’s cable TV and air conditioning in all the rooms. There’s also Wi-Fi. But please don’t expect ultra-ultra-mega-fast internet—Angra is a remote place, and the connection sometimes drops out. But it should work. If it goes down, call André Marin—he’s in charge of keeping the house running smoothly (and he’s very kind and efficient, by the way)—he’ll fix everything quickly!
- Cabo has MANY channels (I think all of them), for kids, movies, etc.
- There are several games in the house—I suggest bringing a guitar if anyone plays!
- The sauna is a hammam (Turkish bath) and a real treat! Very easy to use. Ask Andre.
Towels are always available!
- The staff should be familiar with your routine—what time you like to have breakfast, lunch, dinner? Just explain that they serve your meals with great care, noting that the rate does not include American plan, so you’ll need to do your own grocery shopping and provide the desired menu in advance to Donha Graca, the cook. Ideally, provide instructions in advance so the staff can adapt to your preferences. If you prefer, we can arrange for American plan so you can enjoy your vacation!
- If you have kids, there’s a castle that’s sure to blow the little ones’ minds!!! You can go to the boat garage and ask André to get it for you. In fact, there’s no shortage of toys for both kids and adults!!!
- We have two boats (24 and 54 feet) that we can rent by the day; if you’re interested, we’ll provide our two sailors—of course, we’ll discuss pricing later. We understand that a boat is part of the Angra experience, so we can offer you a reasonable rate to help you make the most of your stay at our villa!
- All non-motorized water toys can be used as much as you like—please always wear a personal flotation device—but the crew will be there to ensure your safety!
