This property was exactly what, and where, we needed it to be for our mini-vacation to explore Ithaca and the surrounding Finger Lakes region. Our host, Jeff, could not have been nicer. We had everything we needed, and Jeff had graciously stocked other supplies. It was quiet and comfortable. And the kitchen is well supplied with everything needed to prepare meals. If you love dogs, you'll enjoy meeting Jeff's dogs Hunter and Raja !

We needed a place to stay while visiting family for the holidays. It was perfect for what we needed. Comfortable beds with basic amenities. Will definitely stay again when visiting family.

We had a wonderful stay during the height of the Fall Season at this charming upstate NY home! The location was perfect for exploring the Fall colors at nearby State Parks that included hiking, waterfalls, breathtaking views, and wonderful breweries and restaurants in nearby Ithaca. The host was very responsive to our messages and accommodated us with firewood that we used for a lovely Friday night fire after a day of hiking and sightseeing. The only minor issue was beds; there are plenty of beds to choose from. However, the largest bed is a double. A Queen or King would have been preferable for this couple.

Older home (which was expected). The home was neat with attention to wanting to add some charm and make the home welcoming. The house had a musty/pet smell and sulfur water. Proximity to Ithaca was perfect for our needs.
