Clean and friendly and caring!
It’s actually not far from Cornell University so people can stay there and drive to Cornell.

The overall layout of the residence was great for 2 people.
1. When we arrived around 8:30 pm it was freezing. Finally realized we had to turn the heat on. There wasn’t any info on that.
2. There was no hot water. As a night time shower person, this was not good. After three attempts at email, I had a missed call on my phone with no voice mail. I returned the call and it was Johnny. He explained the hw heater was supposed to turn on automatically. He assured me the situation was corrected. At that point, we were all in bed.
3. There were only very bright overhead lights in the bedrooms. Bed side table lamps would have been nice as we read in bed before sleep.
4. Front door only had a sheer curtain covering the window that faces the road; allowing anyone to see in should the lights be on inside.
