If you are near Miramar Beach, the snorkelers in your group will love the new artificial reef called Dolphin Reef, deployed in 2017. Located just 685 feet straight out from the Miramar Regional Public Beach access (by Pompano Joe's), it is becoming a haven for sea life. Each of the 4 snorkeling reefs comprises 40 acres of permitted sea bottom. The Dolphin Reef is at a depth of 12-20 feet. We strongly recommend that snorkelers use a kayak, paddleboard, or other flotation device when visiting the snorkel reefs. Sea conditions can and do change quickly and often. Enjoy!

We had a great experience at Captain Green's! The house was very clean and set up nicely for our family (us and our two kids and grandparents). We enjoyed the pool and cooking in the kitchen and it was nice to have access to a washer/dryer. The shower pressure was great. It was easy to access everything. The alarm on the back door is annoying but we were thankful for the saftey feature in case our kids opened the door and could get to the pool. We didn't realize the property had beach gear because the emails we got said it didn't, but that was a nice surprise (just wish we had known so we didn't lug all of our beach supplies there). The starter kit for cleaning supplies was very cheap, low-quality and minimal, so would be good to have a little bit better dish soap, paper towels, toilet paper, etc. The ice machine in the freezer was broken while we were there, but that wasn't a deal breaker. We would stay here again!

The house is very comfortable and clean, relatively close to the beach. We had a problem with the air conditioning in the house, but they were very attentive and fixed it right away. In general, I recommend the house, Thank you.

The property is very nice and clean. However, we had several issues: 1, the pool lounge chairs were shredded and it took management till 2pm on the last day of our stay to correct this. 2. Everything had to be purchased, napkins, coffee, sugar....We were allotted 2 small rolls of toilet paper for 4 women for 4 days. This is the first VRBO that didn't have a salt or pepper shaker!
