About this chalet rental

Surrounded by multiple hiking routes, next to the Way of St. James and the Palaces Route. Located in a privileged environment and offering tranquillity and privacy to our guests, just 15 minutes by car from Oviedo and 8 minutes from the Motorway.
On Sundays we recommend that you come to the busy market in Grao where you can buy local products and learn about the local customs.
There are 7 security cameras, placed in:
- House, garden, entrance and surroundings within the property.
- Parking, garage and surroundings within the property.
- Exterior shed and surroundings within the property.
- Entrance doors and surroundings within the property.
- Exterior porch, barbecue and surroundings within the property. (2 units)
- Horreo and surroundings within the property.
Additional rules to take into account:
Please note that parties or bachelor/bachelorette parties are not allowed in the house. If any type of disturbance to neighbours occurs or the accommodation rules are breached, a fine of 600 euros will be applied. We want to ensure that all guests enjoy a quiet and pleasant stay in our accommodation. Thank you very much for your understanding and cooperation.
From the 6th guest onwards, there is an additional daily cost per person. In the event of detecting that the number of registered guests does not match the actual number, we will proceed to cancel the reservation with a penalty charged to the client/guests. Additionally, all data of the people staying in said reservation must be correctly filled out to be sent to the police.
