This stunning property comfortably accommodates up to 10 guests and offers breathtaking views from every room. Inside, unwind in the modern, light-filled common area before retiring to one of the four en-suite bedrooms.
Spacious Accommodations: Blue View Villa was designed by HGTV-award winning firm Lagnappe Interiors and combines modern luxury with chic Caribbean flair. With a large common area, four beautifully appointed bedrooms and a versatile office (convertible to a fifth bedroom with a Tempur-Pedic pull-out sofa), there’s ample space for everyone to relax and unwind.
There are two main suites, one on each level, with bathtubs and showers overlooking the water. Two additional bedrooms feature both indoor and outdoor showers.
The villa includes a total of six bathrooms, with one conveniently located on the main level for guests. There are also two laundry rooms, one on each level.
Culinary Excellence: Our chef’s kitchen is a dream come true for food enthusiasts and is equipped with two dishwashers and an ice maker. Whether you’re whipping up a gourmet meal or a casual snack, this kitchen has you covered. Gather at the formal dining table or snack at the spacious kitchen bar.

The property was amazing!! From the moment we entered the home until we had to leave. Angela and Sydnee were the best hosts ever. The view alone is enough to allow you to appreciate the entire property. Hands down one of my best vacations. St. Thomas doesn't owe us anything!!!

The property is absolutely beautiful! The view is amazing!! Being up on the mountain with a view does make it a bit of a drive to get most places, but, we all found it worth the effort. St. Thomas was a wonderful place to visit, and we would stay in the same place if we return.

I stayed at this beautiful Villa between May 23 -28, 2025. From the moment we arrived at the villa everything was perfect Brooke meet us and gave a tour of the villa and left a book for us to find places to eat and places for entertainment. She was very kind throughout this whole process from booking to actually getting here! The views are breathtaking and the rooms are beautiful and spacious ! I can’t wait to book with Brooke and Sydney in my near future very kind !
