The pool wasn’t available at all. The contact person let me know when we got there that a pool guy was coming the NEXT day to clean it. No one ever came , that was the main reason I chose this house. A couple of TVs didn’t work, the mattresses was hard, we also had to provide our own dish washing liquid, hand soap and paper towels. We have stayed at many air b n b’s but never had issues like this.
