Kick back and relax in this calming and elegant space. Located in a quiet neighborhood right off Niagara Falls Boulevard, popular shops and eateries are within 15 minutes drive. The house is a stone's throw away from Ellicott Creek with local parks and biking trails nearby. Niagara falls and Downtown Buffalo are both 25 minutes away by car.
The space: Two stories apartment with open kitchen, living space and half bath on first floor, three bedrooms with four beds and full bath on second floor. This listing is for Apartment 1 on the Right in a side by side duplex; doorway hall and on-premise parking are shared. Please note there is a no shoe policy in the house.
Please park your cars in the drive way on the right side of the house. The drive way can fit 2-3 cars, please drive all the way back to the garage and park as to not block parked cars in the front lot.
Additional street parking is available and free. Please be respectful of your neighbors.

House was very clean, and had a nice layout for our family. Host was very communicative and helpful. Kitchen didn’t have a ton of utensils, but for a short stay, it was enough to get by.

Very nice property in quiet residential neighborhood. Nice kitchen, bathrooms and sitting room. 3 bedroom with plenty of space for 6 adults. Ample off street parking, double front doors for added security. No shoes policy keeps the flooring really nice. Great stay.

We were worried after hearing stories of disappointing short term rentals in other parts of buffalo, but we had no reason to be! The house is beautiful, taken care of, and clean. There is plenty of space- we were a group of 8. And the location is great too. The manager was easy to be in touch with, responsive, and accommodating.
