Welcome to @TheSurfside Hideout, our beautiful, cozy & stylish apartment is centrally located in a quiet and safe neighborhood in the outskirts of Brickell (The Roads) walking distance to downtown Brickell as well as the metro station. Equipped with a full kitchen, Free dedicated parking spot, A dedicated Workspace, 24hr check-in, Two Full size beds, Two Flat-Screen smart TVs, and high-speed WiFi.
This suite includes a 2 full beds, a dining counter for 4 people, two smart tvs one in the living room and one in the bedroom, in which you can watch Netflix, Hulu, Youtube etc. with your own account. A full bathroom with shower, a full kitchen. As well as a dedicated desk that could be used for work.
The apartment has a hand painted wall with various artistic details to make it very cozy.
This property is centrally located near many wonderful Miami Landmarks. It's a short walk away from Downtown Brickell, where you can enjoy various restaurants, shops, malls and tourist attractions! A short drive away from the island of Key Biscayne. Additionally its a quick 15 minute drive to Miami Beach

This space can accommodate, only 4 adults comfortably an additional adult can sleep on the sofa UPON REQUEST if needed but keep in mind its not a sofa bed - ADDITIONAL GUEST MUST BE REQUESTED. This unit is also suitable for children.
PROPERTY ACCESS: This unit is located on the second floor of a two floor building. There is No elevator. Small flight of stairs to access the unit.
PARKING: One car allowed to park free of charge on property. Just note, the dedicated parking is inside a gate which needs to be opened manually (slide the gate open then close it). There is also various free street parking right Infront of the unit and around the neighborhood that is on a first come first serve basis which you may also park if needed.
