This Cape Canaveral condo boasts 2 inviting bedrooms, featuring 1 king bed and 2 twin beds. With 2 bathrooms equipped with showers, guests can relax and unwind on this 5th (top) floor unit. North facing views of Port Canaveral, rocket launches, and the canal with manatees and dolphins. South facing view of Banana River is seen from the entrance, kitchen, and 2nd bedroom. One covered designated parking space and amble guest parking spaces are available. Within the condo are a private washing and drying machine, dish washer, iron, and surfboards. A fishing kayak, paddleboard, and 2 bikes are available for use during your stay (saving you on the cost and restrictions of renting in town). The kayak is stored at the launch point making accessibility easy. The complex includes a fitness center, heated pool (you'll appreciate the heat during the winter months), boat dock, river front gazebo, river front grill and tables, kayak launch, and firepit. Beautiful 5th floor balcony! From 5-75 manatees don in front of us every morning! Dolphins, turtles and severe kinds of birds. Watched the cruise ships going out everyday and the rocket launches!

What a great condo experience! Clean and tidy, the furnishings and appliances were all good, and the view was wonderful. Watched a rocket launch at night and all the birds, manatees, fishes, and dolphins by day from the comfort of their 5th floor balcony. Marion made our stay easy and was quick to respond to questions. Overall great place to stay!
