Welcome to your Sea Ranch escape on the bluff. This oceanfront house sleeps up to 6 and puts you close to trails, beaches, and the Del Mar Recreation Center.



The Space:

This 3-bedroom, 3-bath coastal home is designed for easy, comfortable gatherings with sweeping ocean views as your backdrop. The main living area offers a cozy spot to relax after a day on the trails, complete with a working downstairs fireplace and a simple, inviting flow to the dining area and kitchen.

Slide open doors to enjoy fresh ocean air, outdoor seating, and a BBQ grill for relaxed meals at home. A garden/meadow setting just outside Bedroom 3 brings the outdoors even closer. Inside, you’ll find thoughtful touches like board games for family nights, a dedicated desk area in Bedroom 2 for quick check-ins, and an in-home washer and dryer.



Upstairs, the primary suite features a private balcony and breathtaking coastal views. Please note the decorative wood stove in the primary (upstairs) is not operational; the downstairs fireplace is in working order.

Layout (Sleeping Arrangements & Bathrooms)

• Bedroom 1 (Primary, upstairs): King bed, sweeping coastal views, private balcony, decorative wood stove (not operational), ensuite bathroom with walk-in shower and separate soaking tub.

• Bedroom 2: Queen bed, ocean views, private desk area, ensuite bathroom with shower/tub combo.

• Bedroom 3: Full-over-full bunk beds, sliding doors with ocean glimpse and direct access to the meadow.

Bathrooms:

• Bathroom 1 (ensuite to Primary): Walk-in shower and separate soaking tub.

• Bathroom 2 (ensuite to Bedroom 2): Shower/tub combo.

• Bathroom 3 (shared): Hall bath with a walk-in shower.



Important Things to Note

• Parking: Two (2) Sea Ranch parking passes are provided only. Garage parking for 1 vehicle; additional parking in the driveway for 1 vehicle. No extra passes or parking beyond this. RVs, trailers, and mobile homes are not allowed per community rules.

• Stairs: This home has stairs.

• Fireplaces: The downstairs fireplace is operational. The upstairs decorative wood stove (in the primary bedroom) is permanently out of order.

• WiFi and cell service: WiFi is provided; however, due to Sea Ranch’s remote coastal location and areawide infrastructure, speed and reliability can vary and are not guaranteed.

• Exterior security: There is a Ring camera overlooking the entry/front door area.

• Washer/Dryer: In-home laundry is available for guest use.

• Pet policy: This home is not pet friendly.

• Check in is at 4:00 PM and checkout is at 10:00 AM. We cannot guarantee or approve early check in or late checkout requests in advance.

• We recommend considering travel insurance, just in case any unexpected changes come up. We do stick to our cancellation policy and want to make sure you're covered!

• We provide bedding, towels and a small starter set of essentials to help get you settled. Feel free to message us for details on what’s included.

• Salt, pepper, and cooking oil are not provided unless otherwise noted.

The Del Mar pool is about a 5-minute walk. You’re a short drive (about 5 minutes) to Gualala for groceries and restaurants. Guests can enjoy Sea Ranch’s trail network and public beach access points; amenities at recreation centers vary by location.
