About this house rental
Modern comforts and historic neighbourhood charm await you at The Sage! Nestled under mature trees and only a short walk from the Broadway District, our bright and cozy home both tranquility and proximity to all the attractions. We purpose-built this separate lower-level suite in 2024 in order to share our amazing local community with visitors and friends. Enjoy the comfort of a private retreat in the heart of Saskatoon. We're excited to welcome you!
Our house is located in the heart of one of Saskatoon's most desirable neighbourhoods. Surrounded by hundred-year-old trees and close to everything you need, enjoy your new home away from home in historic Buena Vista.
🏡 Located on the lower level of our family home, a custom-built infill we designed ourselves.
🔑 Separate entrance with a unique passcode for your security and convenience.
✅ Fully permitted secondary suite (all mechanical systems are separate from the main house, so you'll have your own hot water, heat, and air exchange, plus sound-dampening insulation).
🍽️ Complete kitchen with full-size stainless steel appliances and fully stocked with pots and pans, utensils, dishes, and all your cooking basics.
☕ Complimentary coffee, tea, cold drinks and snacks.
📺 4K TV with Google TV, and complimentary access to Netflix, Disney+, and Prime Video.
🛋️ Cozy furniture for lounging, visiting, or playing a board game.
💻 Dedicated workspace removed from the main living area so you can focus and make use of the seamless, superfast wi-fi.
🧺 Your own full-size washer and dryer in-suite. Detergent and dryer sheets provided.

🐕 Please note that we live upstairs and we have a young child and a dog, so you may hear some family noise! But we will respect the quiet hours in our house rules, which are 11pm to 7am.

The suite was spotless, cozy, and had a really welcoming feel. The snacks were a thoughtful touch and made the stay even better. Overall, a perfect, comfortable spot in Saskatoon. Highly recommend!

Clean, modern, well thought out space with everything I needed and more! The property was lovely and the hosts have clearly added some extra special touches to make the experience even more welcoming. It was perfect for me and I will definitely be going back!
