About this house rental
Relax in this renovated space located near parks, shops and restaurants. Close to University of Saskatchewan, Royal University Hospital, and the children's hospital. Only a few minutes away from two outdoor pools (Lethay and George Ward) for those hot summer days. Location is also easily accessible and near Broadway and Downtown. In addition this space has a large fully fenced outdoor space for running around all year long. Pet friendly for your four legged friend. We are also family friendly when traveling with little one’s and have equipment ready upon request to make it easier for you and your family.

We enjoyed our stay in Haultain! The location was excellent - it was easy to get almost anywhere in the city. The home was clean and well-suited to our group. We arranged ahead of time to use the shared laundry and that worked well. While we did hear the basement tenants when they were coming and going, it was not disruptive. Would stay again.

This place is small, cosy and centrally located in the top floor of a house with other tenants living in the suite below. The floors are quite thin, and in our experience the tenants kept odd hours, gaming and having loud conversations at 2 and 3 in the morning and the dog next door barked and barked throughout out the day everyday. Not a big deal if you’re not there very much I suppose but we were trying to rest a little.
