About this villa rental
Located directly by the sea, the high quality Villa Elaia with a total of 300 m² of living space impresses with its elegant and well thought-out design and its panoramic terrace directly on the cliffs, from which you can enjoy an unforgettable view of the sea and the coast. The design of the rooms and terraces, the materials used, but also the restoration and furnishing in the style of the 'Arte Povera', the lush garden with its pool make this holiday home a unique jewel. The villa is suitable for groups and families alike to enjoy unforgettable holidays directly at the sea in a high quality environment. The Jacuzzi overlooking the picturesque coast and the outlines of Cefalù with its Cathedral, the lush garden guarantee moments of relaxation and rest. For the sporty guests there are 2 canoes available. Just a short walk from the villa is the sandy beach of Mazzaforno, where other sports activities are offered.
The house can accommodate max 16 people by adding 2 beds in the living area of the main house (even by adding one or two beds in one of the bedrooms), and by adding one bed in the master bedroom’s additional room and one bed in the living area in the the dependance.
Interiors:
The main house (200 m²) extends over two floors. The interiors are spacious, contemporary, functional and stylish. From the living area there is a view of the 60m² terrace, which is the heart of the villa.
GF: bright living, cooking and dining area with fireplace, 1 guest bathroom.
UF: 4 double bedrooms, each with its own bathroom with shower one of them also with an original bathtub. Two of the four bedrooms have direct access to a covered outdoor area which offers the possibility to relax.
The dependance Casa Zammù (100m²) is a lovely restored country house situated just behind the main house. It is separated from the villa by the pool and the rear terrace area
GF: small kitchen, cosy living area, 1 double bedroom and 1 bathroom with shower.
UF: 1 spacious double bedroom with private bathroom with shower and an additional room that can be used as a dressing/relaxation room or as an additional single room.
The whole property has 6 bedrooms, 6 bathrooms and 1 guest bathroom.
The main house can accommodate 8 people (maximum 10 by adding 2 beds in the living area;even by adding one or two beds in one of the bedrooms), the dependance can accommodate 4 people (maximum 6 by adding one bed in the master bedroom’s additional room and one bed in the living area).
