The villa was massive. It comfortably housed 16 of us. The cooking facilities were plentiful and the house had everything we needed - we didn’t need to leave! The host was lovely and extremely accommodating and we had the best weekend ever!

Wow what an amazing family holiday we had in Villa Silvia. This villa was perfect for our large family of 3 generations. Outdoor kitchen was excellent everything you needed at hand. Had something for everyone. Lovely Pool, Sea at end of garden, outdoor bbq, fire pit.
Gea was an excellent host who was on hand via What Apps at anytime and sorted things out for us quickly and efficiently. Met us on arrival with lovely local treats
Gea even helped us get an emergency appointment at a dentist for our daughter and arrange a fabulous boat trip so good, we did it twice with other family members. Laila and Rosirio the captain were lovely people and made us feel so welcome
All Gea,s recommendations we tried loved all of them Rotonda, Barone di Munchausen, Brooklyn . Cafè 113 and bar Tebi Thank you Gea we will be back ❤️ you really made our holiday

Good value villa with breakfast included (notice - it is not on site, but in a close Bar Tebi nearby). Perfect for families, pool and rocky beach with warmer water than in the pool (in October) behind the gate. Very private and secure, you need a remote to get through 2 gates.
Host are perfecto - they offered us 2 times free transfer to dinner restaurants (all are close, but roads not suitable for walking with kids) and were very friendly.
Second dining area next to the villa is the place where you stay most of the evening time. Why the place has also an indoor kichen :)
My bed could be confier, fixed it with a matress from other bed that we did not use. Like in the whole Italy, everything here or there could be little bit renewed. Wifi could also be improved, but worked.

Beautiful villa with stunning views overlooking the sea. Very spacious and well equipped . lovely outdoor pool with direct access to the beach from the villa. Great outdoor, air-conditioned kitchen area, perfect for a large group.
Not alot to do in the local area. And supermarket is quite far if you don't have a car.
