piękny widok z okna na morze, wszędzie blisko, da się również zaparkować wypożyczone auto niedaleko apartamentu
jeśli ktoś ma czuły sen (jak moja żona) to powinien wiedzieć że obok jest dość ruchliwa ulica, która rano generuje odgłosy ;)

Sauberkeit, Blick auf das Wasser, Freundlichkeit und Reaktion des Personals
Lärm: Durch die wohl dünnen Wände waren die Gäste, Reinigungspersonal in einem anderen Apartment bzw. im Lift zu hören. Am negativsten war der Lärm von der angrenzenden Strasse durch laute Motorräder oder getunte Autos bis 2h morgens und dann wieder ab 7h morgens.
Der Tonfall der Information bezüglich zusätzlicher Leistungen ( z.B. Überschreiten der check-out - Zeit pro Stunde 10% der Tagesrate) wäre für einen Kasernenhof angemessen.
