Waikiki condo with Diamond head views & beach access

Clean and bright apartment with nice views. Confortable bed. Good location.

Very strict check-in, not a minute early. We were only 15 min early (after 15 hours on a plane it does make a difference) and checked out hours earlier too . Though understandable with all the digital check-ins that’s how it works. Responses to messages taking too long considering that’s main communication method. Aircon is very loud so not an option to have it on night-time. I’d still recommend it as those were not major and it’s a lovely place to stay.

The location was convenient to the beach, restaurants, and shops west of Waikiki Beach. The view from the 37th floor was stunning, and we could clearly see Diamond Head and the water in the distance. The unit was comfortable, quiet and updated, and for our purposes worked just great. There is one a/c unit for the whole place, which sits in the living area, but next to the bedroom door, the addition of the ceiling fan in the bedroom made it all cool enough to sleep. The fold-out sofa was comfortable for our 3rd traveller. Groceries were a short drive away, which allowed us to do some cooking and not have to eat out every meal. The hop-on hop-off buses for the main shopping area were only a short walk away and were very affordable and gave you a great way to see the area as well as not have to drive the main thoroughfare of Waikiki. The parking was free for those staying there, and while it did get full, we always found a spot. We did not use the pool or amenities on the 6th floor, but they looked fabulous.

The fold-out couch eats up the living space, and everything is pretty tight with more than 2 people. It is manageable but snug.
