宿泊前より、メールで色んな事をスタッフの方に聞いてましたが、とても迅速で、丁寧な対応でした。
宿泊先では金庫のトラブルで、2回も来て頂き対応も神対応でした。
感じの良い方でしたし、とても、安心出来ました。
37階と言うこともあり、シャワーの水量が少し弱かったです。
コインランドリーを使用したのですが、沢山のコインを１６枚も入れないといけないのと、両替も行かなければならないのが、少し時間が掛かりました。
後、37階の乾燥機はコインを入れる所が故障しており、36階に降りて毎回、乾燥をしてました。

・事前に宿泊施設の物品設置の情報を知りたくて何度か管理者に確認したが、対応がスムーズで助かった。
・受付がないため、わずらわしさがない。
・鍵を持つ手間がなく、テンキーで入室できるのはとてもありがたい。
・37階建てで37階のダイヤモンドヘッドの眺望ができた。
・キッチンにお皿、ワイングラス、コップ、お鍋、フライパン、布巾、ワインオープナー、ザルなど設置されていた。
・冷蔵庫も大きめだった。
・アストンワイキキバニアンのホテルエリアに宿泊施設があるが、場所がわかりにくかった。
標識や目印などがあるとよい。
・コインランドリーを使用するため、最小限のタオルを持って行ったが、QRコードを読み取って会員にならないと洗濯機を使用できないシステムだった。会員になるにも一定期間が過ぎると費用がかかるため、使用するのをやめた。会員にならずにコインランドリーを使用したい。
・壁に備え付けの時計が止まったり、遅れていた。

The view was great and balcony good. Good stock of utensils, dishes and cooking supplies. A good amount of TP for us and paper towels. Good supply of toiletries and towels. Liked having the ceiling fans and AC worked well. Having iron was useful. Nice that there was a hairdryer provided and cleaning supplies.Good communication, requests were taken care of well.
Sofa bed was uncomfortable, but a mattress topper was provided upon request. 10am Check-out was a bit too early. Bedside lamp plug in was glitchy to stay on, someone was sent to check it but came at an inconvenient time. It worked if in just the right spot and careful not to move at all so we were OK with it during our stay. The clock on the wall doesn't keep correct time, maybe needs battery. Safe was locked shut so just didn't use it.
