Jennifer's Chic Downtown City Views Private Deck

Off-season price was excellent. Apartment was sparkling clean, very well stocked, good location for getting to any place in Providence, free parking, great building security, pleasant balcony, just steps from an excellent small bar/ restaurant. The apartment's patio looked like a perfect place for an evening cookout or game of ping pong, but it rained the whole time we were there.

I don't like city driving!

It was beautifully decorated inside and out, with lots of really nice touches. Super comfy bed and sheets! Fantastically clean - the best I’ve ever seen! Very much appreciated the tea as well as coffee and nice soap and shampoo!

The area was okay, and much quieter than I expected from other reviews. Just the occasional fire truck but otherwise really easy to sleep. A good short distance from the conference hotel, and buses right outside, also a really great bar across the road for lunch. Looking out from the bedroom on an empty building with trash on the roof wasn’t quite so nice. Some pretty or sheer blinds for the big window might help.

Very comfortable, clean, centrally located apartment with parking.

The apartment itself was very comfortable with nice furnishings and a comfortable bed. We were able to walk to coffee shops and restaurants (mostly Italian). The air con worked well, and it was nice to have the outdoor seating area.

Noisy! Although the bedroom windows block out a lot of street noise, there is a culture of people who like to blast music from their cars or rev up their car with no muffler. The bedroom is on the street. This happens all hours of the night. The walls are thin in the building so you can easily hear your neighbors.
