First time there. Beautiful surroundings. We just loved seeing the Springboks up close. It was amazing to watch them. They put up quite a show!

I liked how clean the room was, well kept.
I didn't like how certain people were not adhering to the curfew set at 10:00pm to not make a noise, yet people were making a noise while others tried to sleep. Also every thing echos, certain people played the TV which could be heard a few rooms down found it annoying. As well as doors being banged shut. Missed having a fridge in the room as well, it is often needed.
