LA Riqueza Koala Inn Mcleod Ganj # Close to Mall Road # Newly Built # Mountain View Rooms with Balcony #Big Parking # Lift

Staff was very helpful. Room service was on point and Mr. Rohit from reception was polite and made our stay very comforting as we were travelling with family. Would recommend this property and specially if you are coming with your family.

Clean and well maintained property. Our room had lovely views, including top mountain peak with snow. Room service and evening dinner was excellent. Overall, good location including friendly staff and most importantly, we will stay here again if ever we are in this area.

Breakfast was a little disappointed and improvement in this area will most probably yield beneficial effects.

Food very good Comfortable bed Location ideal Excellent view from balcony Attentive and happy to collect some provisions

Mouldy pillows Receptionist sleeping on floor at breakfast time Thread bare & stained towels Lack of interaction from staff to customer
