Good hotel in a very good location. We stayed when they were renovating and decorating. However it was still a very nice stay. When finished it will be fantastic. The cafe has the best view in town. The staff were very helpful.
The renovations were going on, but this is.temerary. other than this very good hotel.

I really like the staff at Serkong. Pema and the manager of the hotel are very soft spoken and helpful. They try to help you in the best way possible. There was some construction happening next to my room, for which the manager upgraded my room to the suite that basically was much more quieter. Pema is a sweetheart.

Reception staff very helpful
Tv did not work. Dirty bed covers. Loose connection in shower.Furniture very old. Many steep steps to the property. Not suitable for seniors
