Excellent location,only a short walk from El Pimpi Bar/Alcazabar and the city centre, superb facilities with every last detail thought about. HUGE two outside terrace areas with the godsend of an outdoor fridge on the upper level terrace. Loads of seating, the Piano was a special touch, the artwork, plants, special decor, the kitchen and two bathrooms have everything you need....Supermarket & local shops are just on the corner of the street, loads of Cafes and bars nearby. This is our 6th time staying in Malaga and is by far the largest sized apartment so far. We were able to bask in the glorious sun all day, or sit in the shade on the lower level when required. Good communication on the phone when we arrived to gain access too.

The negatives were the amount of steps (55) plus 12 more to get to the upper terrace, although we got used to it and used it as part of our fitness regime...potentially an issue to elderly or those with pushchairs as there is no lift....I carried the suitcase up and down but my mother would never have managed with it. At night, there was a lot of noise from outside cars, revellers coming home from nightclubs and some neighbours staying up until 5am, but that's part of being in a vibrant city I suppose ....The World Cup matches with Spain/England playing created more noise than usual which weren't along with but there were times when it was impossible to sleep on the lower level bedroom. (Upstairs bedroom was far quieter with no issues)

Large private tarrace that always is partially sunny or with shadow so you can enjoy it as you want all the time. It also has a shower for which cool off. Actually it is two tarraces and you can geill/bbq there comfortably (also has a sink outside). It’s all spacious and pretty because there are a lot of art objects, and just art in decor of simple objects,sculpture, paintings or even toilet paper holder or the design itself. It’s a art-rich space to be in. It’s got power sockets all pover the place, there is no place you don’t have like 2 sockets within 2 meters. Robust air conditioning, 3 units in total with that will coole you off in an instant. 80 or something inch modern flat tv that supports all applications and air play so there is always a way to watch whatever you want from whatever app/ vod or device you have. There is plenty of things like toilet paper, towels, soap, salt , pepper tea coffe, towels etc - so all those simple things you don’t want to carry or remember to buy when on vacation, Two fully functional bathrooms, one with shower and the other with bathtubs - really convenient, - fancy led under shower ;) Place is quiet - toilets are away from bathroom so they don’t disturb if other person is asleep. It’s also quiet from outside, there is no busy street this is on, it’s just residential and not main. Can’t really hear neighbors. Location is perfect.- it’s close to center but not on busy squares and streets that can get super noisy. Supermarkets and small shops are all there and everything else too. All amenities are there - dishwasher, washing machine, large fridge, microwave, coffee maker, zillion pieces of table, glass and cooking ware (some are fancy nice cups or glasses). No issue with hot water anywhere and that is not always given as granted in rented places in similar geo historical locations broadly speaking. I haven’t seen any owners or anything as in a good thing - all checkin was simple and straight forward.
