Good Comfortable short stay

Very functional, clean with equipment quality and it has all basic comfort for your stay of family of 4. property owner is reachable. Easy access not far from Nimes / Beaches

our stay coincide with local festival that runs loud concerts till 2am, apartment is right in front. For those who love music this maybe a plus but we coukd not sleep well, not the fault of property, just a pity we booked the wrong time of the year.

Mejorable, sería un muy buen alojamiento.

El alojamiento tiene el tamaño perfecto para 3 o 4 personas, con una buena distribución y ubicación próxima a la autopista, lo que lo hace ideal para pasar una o dos noches, o incluso alguna más. La televisión es muy buena, el wifi funciona perfectamente y cuenta con bastante menaje de cocina, lo cual resulta práctico.

La limpieza necesita una mejora importante: encontramos polvo, restos de pelos y un olor particular al llegar. Los filtros del aire acondicionado acumulaban mucho polvo y el aparato estaba salpicado; en la cocina había restos de grasa en la encimera, en el baño polvo y la cal de la ducha era muy visible. La cama era cómoda, pero las almohadas deberían cambiarse con urgencia, ya que ni con un cojín extra del sofá resultaban confortables. Además, había una persiana rota de la que no se nos informó, lo que generó molestias.

Le logement est bien agencé et agréable

Malheureusement, lors de mon séjour, le café en bas organisait une soirée. Même avec les fenêtres fermées, la musique et les basses étaient très forte. A la fermeture du café, les gens sont restés sur la place jusque 4h. Difficile de se reposer

Très bon emplacement, un appartement spacieux et bien aménagé et équipé.

Le seul petit bémol était le sol poussiéreux.

Non ci tornerei.

Casa esterna molto vecchia e all’interno, nonostante la casa fosse ristrutturata e pulita,si sentiva un odore fastidioso(simile a cane bagnato). Letti non fatti. Frigo e freezer sporchi.

Perfecte plek voor een doorreis.

Het appartement is van alle gemakken voorzien en fijn schoon. De afhaalpizza naast de deur is heerlijk. Aan de overkant een klein barretje. Het was erg warm toen we aankwamen maar de airco stond al heerlijk aan.

De vindbaarheid. Er zou wel iets van een bordje naast de deur mogen hangen. T sleutelkastje werkte prima, toen we de goede deur eenmaal hadden gevonden.

Bien en excellent état et très bien équipé. Les denrées à disposition ont été très appréciées (café, thé notamment), j'ai du coup laissé ma bouteille d'apéritif en guise de remerciement :-)

Le code de la boite à clé fourni par Booking n'était pas le bon, très satisfait que le propriétaire ai répondu à mon appel téléphonique afin de m'aider à entrer dans le logement.
