Montijo Garden - Alojamento Rural

The place is super cute, love all the animals, and the staff is really nice. The room was spotless.

We loved all the animals and the whole vibe and staff were nice. Beds were comfortable, the bathroom was clean, and it was a very relaxing experience. We also liked that there's a room, with an arcade (which I didn't quite figure out how it works but it was still very nice), a bunch of board games, a ping pong table and a self-service bar. During the night they turn on these cute little lights that light up the entire garden in a very aesthetically pleasing way, which made our little smoke breaks much more enjoyable. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay, the vibes were immaculate, and I can't wait to come back someday and see what else they can bring to improve the whole experience even more. :)

We wish we could've enjoyed the pool more but it only had water on the day of our arrival, and it was not the cleanest. They emptied the pool the next day and for our entire stay it was empty, so we didn't get to use it at all. :( The pool also should be a bigger, given that there's usually quite a big number of people staying at the farm (they have people staying in camper vans on the other side of the farm). If there's already around 3 to 4 people at the pool, nobody else can use it. The kitchen also needs some better cleaning, there were cobwebs everywhere, including the plates. The only pan available that we had to use to cook one of our meals had a spider living in it, which we had to kill and dispose of.
