I chose this accommodation for a one-night stay because of its convenient location near the airport and Oriente train and bus station. The beach and shops are also nearby.
However, this is a student dormitory, and there was a lot of noise late into the night. Young people were shouting in the corridors, slamming doors, and disturbing other guests.

Location for the Camino was great.
Shower was a bit tired ( typical student type bathroom) shower door wouldn’t close so bathroom floor got v wet.

Wash rooms dirty.
Loud during the night.
Mattresses were worn.
Was ok for what I was searching for “a place to sleep”. But even for that a bit pricey.
