Central to everything, clean, great kitchen and a lift. Washing machine on 4th floor. Mai has great English and was a superb host.
Unfortunately there was a fair bit of construction going on next door but when finished the place will be quiet.

Все понравилось! Разместили без проблем, всё четко! Вылет был поздно вечером, нам разрешили оставить чемоданы прям до вечера и помогли такси вызвать! Огромное спасибо!!! Очень приятно и удобно! Комната большая и удобная, всё очень чисто и красиво. Из нашего номера салют прекрасно был виден) Кухню по минимуму, но очень удобно. До центра три минуты ходьбы и до городского пляжа тоже с бесплатными лежаками. До Кема 4 км можно дойти пешком или доехать на бесплатном автобусе) Спасибо за прекрасный отдых!!!!❤️

Location is good if you want to stay in SunTown . Not for the long living, at least not for two people. Might be fine for one person.
Entrance via massage salon. Terrible drainage bathroom system- water stayed all over the bathroom floor even if it’s just a short time of showering. Dirty and smelly linen and towels kept inside of elevator during the cleaning service , was quite unpleasant.
