Apartment LaVilla - Two Bedroom Apartment with Balcony and Sea View uti

The photos do the property no justice, this was the perfect family or couples accommodation. Everything you needed in a holiday property was available, full usable kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine, iron, cooker, toaster, coffee machine, oven etc, The property was very clean, modern and my wife and I had a walk in wardrobe leading into separate bathroom with large walk in shower. All rooms had Aircon and the views from the balcony on an evening were excellent. The pool was perfect with plenty of new sunbeds and a large umbrella for shade. Note however this property is up a very steep hill and walking down to the main road, shops, beach is an easy walk down with plenty of steps but will take you 10-15mins. Our teenage boys walked back on an evening a couple of times but we replied on Ubers at £7-£9 to take us back on an evening after the beach or with shopping, Mlini has some lovely restaurants and its a must that you get the water taxi to Cavtat or Dubrovnik which is 15 euros return. 10/10 for this property and its one of the bst we have stayed in within a resonable family budget,

Nothing that we didn't like as it served our needs exceptionally well. Yes it is a walk to the beach but the apartment made it worth it and their are plenty of taxis to get you back.

The description from booking site was completely misleading! It said the apartment was 150 m from the beach (this may be as the crow flies but is definitely not case to walk or drive) and it’s up a steep windy hill so to get down it involves an incredibly steep incline. When you actually walk it it’s over 500 m of very steep road and steps. It was really challenging to walk down let alone walk up with shopping or bags etc. The address is not actually findable from the address given from the booking site. There is some error in the Street labelling so Taxi / uber is unable to find the apartment-without showing them a video of how to get there. However, this isn’t really a problem because no taxis or Uber will drive to the location because they all know how difficult it is to access. And if you can get a taxi or Uber to take you near the apartment it usually results in at least 150 m walk up the hill from the closest point they will drop you, they charge an inflated price for the inconvenience. This apartment is lovely, but it is inaccessible if you do not have your own vehicle. You are pretty much trapped at the apartment or you need to be a mountain goat that climbs hills. There is a sign in the apartment that says we move mountains well it would be great if that was the case what they mean is to get here you have to climb mountains. It also has a lovely pool, but no pool towels or beach towels when you’re in a seaside location!
