Ideal place for my combined work and family visit trip... a great desk right next to the window with a comfortable chair right next to the WiFi router served my work. A comfortable bed served my rest. A large dining table served my breakfast and evening meals. A small kitchen was very practical with ample dishes and tools. The layout is a bit odd but generous. This is an apartment in an old building with high ceilings, beautiful finishings. The street is quiet, no noise problems. The tram stop is right across the street. This is tram line 40 to Schottentor, from where you can get anywhere. Two supermarkets are within 100 meters. So that's all perfect. Communication with the hosts was also very good.

It's pretty much perfect. It might be an idea to throw out some of the older, unused utensils or items in the cupboards, although that didn't bother me at all.

We stayed here while visiting my sister, who lives nearby, so the location was perfect for us. The flat had everything we needed and felt very comfortable for our stay. The host was also very easy to communicate with and always helpful. There are some lovely shops in the area, and although the flat is on a main road, it was surprisingly quiet. Overall, we had a really pleasant stay and would definitely consider staying here again.

Very nice location on a beautiful street with convenient stores nearby and street car/train station.

The hot water/faucets were out-dated/complicated. The toilet room was extremely cold. It was extremely dark in front of the building and not easy to find the keyhole in the dark.
