excellent location in a beautiful area. Very compact room and lovely big window with views over to the Natural History Museum - very airy in a hot London weekend.

Bus stop is very close by. There's a small Sainsbury's next door and a breakfast place down the street. The Dyson fan was really appreciated.
Booking.com didn't coordinate messages about room number and keys with the owner, sent out of date information. Very small suggestions for the room: include tea towels; include a top sheet for hot weather (the duvet was too much); include a bedside table lamp.

Comfortable bed and nice bathroom
Owner had got the wrong date for our visit so our room wasn’t ready. We had to wait an hour for her to clean it. She gave us a bottle of wine but it messed our evening plans up. We planned on cooking but only a tiny pan was provided so we had to eat out which cost us a lot of money and stress as my husband is autistic so can’t cope with restaurants, hence to plan to cook which was impossible.
