We had a fantastic time while attending Avett Moon-Moon Crush weekend. It was the closest building to the venue and was easy to come and go. Kitchen was well equipped. Balcony was perfect with plenty of comfortable seating. Everything was clean and well cared for and Real Joy was super communicative and helpful!
Only complaint was the lack of space/storage in the bunk room and the beds were not super comfortable.
