Facilidade de contacto e comunicação com a equipa.
Comando do portão de entrada do condomínio obriga a abrir o vidro do carro e colocar chave numa fechadura, em vez de ter uma comando remoto. Limpeza do apartamento melhorável. Apartamento poderia estar melhor equipado (está homologado para 5 pessoas, mas só existiam 4 cadeiras nas mesas), jarro de aquecer água não funcionava, entre outras coisas que deveriam existir (nomeadamente na cozinha). Cheiro desagradável foi recorrente dentro do apartamento durante a estadia. Quando devolvemos as chaves, ninguém nos perguntou como tinha corrido a estadia.

Hay muchos mosquitos, no puedes estar mucho tiempo en la terraza porque te pican muchísimo.
