Good accommodation, well equipped kitchen, comfortable beds, nice bed linen, lovely terrace area.
Needs a new sofa and armchairs (very uncomfortable and worn). Would be good to have a shower screen rather than a curtain.

Sun from morning to dawn, good spare, welL equiped apartement.
Better access to tee-times before 14.00. Going out 15.00 is to late before the sun goes down.
