Good location with easy access to public transport + Lidl in 50 meters

Smooth communication with the host
It is a summer specific issue but if you stay there during summer (especially in heatwave) know that it'll get pretty hot. The host provides a fan but it's industrial type floor fan so not very convenient to use.
It gets noisy during the night if you sleep with an open door.

Great Flat with all amenities you need, clean, newer. Washer, TV…
4th floor Flat that faces very busy road into Prague. You have to keep the windows closed, in order to sleep and keep sanity. This not ideal during warm months, otherwise it would not matter. Could use more dishes and silverware. Maybe a oscillating fan, instead of a floor fan.
