The bed mattress too soft for me, but this is a matter of everybody’s taste. Other people might like it.

The location is very good. Lidl grocery store is right next to the apartments and is open from 7:00 to 22:00, which is very convenient. It is also very easy and pleasant to take the tram to the Old Town; it takes around 15–20 minutes. Overall, for the price, it is a nice place, especially because of the location. However, there are several inconveniences, so it is good to keep in mind that you get what you pay for.

We did not really like the check-in procedure. It is a self-check-in, and together with the parking instructions, there were too many details to follow. Parking costs 15 euros; you need to put it into a box. I had to put 20 euros x because I did not have exact change. Also, during the self-check-in process, nobody asks for identity documents. This made us feel a little worried about safety, as it seemed that anyone could stay there without proper control. Another issue is that the apartment is right next to a road, so the car noise can be quite disturbing. The day we stayed, the room was very hot because it was a sunny day. I asked about air conditioning, and instead of simply saying that there was no AC, I received a message explaining that AC was not listed anywhere, suggesting that we open the windows and implying that the weather was not actually hot. The response felt unnecessary, as I was only asking whether AC exists. The kitchen stove was also a bit unusual. It heats the pan directly rather than the hob, and our travel kettle did not work on it, so we could not really use the kitchen as we had planned.

Beds were sooo comfortable in Apartment #1 - we only stayed one night but it was the best night sleep ahead if our journey home! Very conveniently located, a few tram stops away from Prague town centre, with Lidl downstairs. The paid parking spot was worth it - we visited while Prague was covered by snow! Super clear instructions, VERY clean (so important) and easy check in and check out process. Thank you!
