Tesis tek kelimeyle mükemmeldi. Tren istasyonuna kolay ulaşımı olsun konforu olsun olanakları olsun çok yeterliydi. Eve giriş çıkış önceki yorumlarda anlatıldığı gibi zor değildi. İnternetten tek butonla kapı açılıp kapanıyordu. Çok sıcak Milano’da evdeki klima sistemi çok iyi çalışıyor ve çok sessizdi. Mutfak tam donanımlı çamaşır makinesi kurutma askısı ve ütüye kadar tüm imkanlar düşünülmüştü.

Genel olarak beğendim. Tek eksik evde ince de olsa yorgan olmasını isterdim. Tek ince çarşafla uyuma kalitesi düşük kişiler bulunmakta. Bunun ilerde sağlanmasını öneriririm. Eksik eşya değil de tamamlayıcı eşya olarak düşünelim.

Location and space - was good. Washing machine. . Service staff who checked us in - Massimo - he tried hard to help resolve the issues and was helpful.

Amongst other issues - the Amenities. Checkin link did not work and we wasted a couple of hours . No blankets - tissue paper, toothbrush, no hand wash. Body wash provided was abt 1/10 of bottle 🙄. no extra plastic bags for disposal of rubbish. Cobwebs under the sofa. And a big cockcroach act ran out from the bedroom. Towel has a whole in it and a tea cup was chipped. Blankets for the apt and bedsheets for sofa bed was delivered the next day and we were supposed to make our own bed. I stressed we need 2 separate beds in our booking - if sofabed is the 2nd one then it shd have been prepared for us (our request for that was not followed up. .
