It's good for the price. It contained everything we needed and was pretty comfortable. Nice beds, nice shower, overall nice. Location was also pretty good (5-10 min walk from Keisei station, 15-20 min walk from JR station). The surrounding area was also quite chill, made for fun walks late into the evening. Hostess was also quite friendly.

The main negative were thin walls. Because we often arrived quite late it was always a worry not to make too much noise - even normal talking was heard by the room next door. The quadruple room was very small so it was very hard to juggle four suitcases, though that is kind of expected in Japan it seems.

It was not what we're expecting it to be. We've never been in this area before (Edogawa) and to be honest it's quite nice! Calm, relaxing and peaceful though it was raining the whole day when we're there. But the city itself feels calming with locals and not too many foreigners around regardless in Tokyo. The self-checkin & checkout was easy, the room is super spacious for our family, high ceiling and the kids loves the extra room to move! Even though it was shared bathroom, it's a cozy bathroom. 価格がリーズナブル。民泊なので宿泊者全員の名簿の記入や身分証明書のネット登録など面倒はあるが、部屋、バス、トイレは清潔。タオル、バスタオル、歯ブラシは部屋にあるし、バスにはシャンプー、ボディーソープもある。共用のキッチンでは冷蔵庫、電子レンジもつかえる。近くに安いスーパーもあって便利。

wifiが使えるが、部屋に表示されている接続先が存在せず、トイレ入り口の表示で繋がった。最新の表示にしてほしい。ベッドのボックスシーツの肌触りがいまいちで、かけ布団の上に寝ました。
