Everyone was very helpful!
I recently stayed at this hotel for four nights. While the staff was very kind and accommodating—especially when refunding my prepaid breakfast due to Ramadan—I encountered a few issues that affected my stay.
Firstly, my room was not cleaned at all during my stay, and even the rubbish was not taken out, which was disappointing. Additionally, the room temperature was uncomfortable; it was too hot inside, and when I tried to use the air conditioning, it only blew warm air even when set to 18 degrees. Unfortunately, opening the window was not an option due to the noise outside.
While I appreciate the friendly service, I believe some improvements in housekeeping and air conditioning maintenance would greatly enhance the guest experience.
