The location in an Italian hillside village is fantastic, the views over the valley below are stunning. La Fuga is well situated to make the most of these, plus the addition of the hot tub takes it to another level, whilst listening to the birds in song. The outside area is a great place to chill and relax, either all day, or at evening after a busy day out and about. The room itself is a great space too, with the most comfortable mattress we’ve ever slept on. Breakfast was great with fresh fruit (some home grown) yogurt, cold meats, cheeses & pastries with freshly served coffee eaten outside on the terrace taking in the stunning surroundings. A kitchenette area with kettle, coffee maker, fridge etc is great to have also. La Fuga is Total Tranquility the perfect place to unwind and relax. But still have easy access in to the surrounding areas of Bagni da Lucca and a short train journey into Lucca itself, which is a must visit whilst being here.
