Lokalizacja super. Ogólnie czysto. Dogodny odbiór kluczy
Ciemne mieszkanie. Troche ma sie wrażenie jakby było w podpiwniczeniu. Średnio wyposażone. Bardzo zakamieniony czajnik. Brak papierowych ręczników i ścierki kuchennej. Problem z miejscem parkingowym.

lokalizacja bardzo atrakcyjna, zamknięte strzeżone osiedle, ochrona do 19:00. Cicha okolica. blisko sklepy, atrakcyjne lokalizacje i starówka. Mieszkanie na parterze ale są rolety w oknach. kontaktowy właściciel.
Było brudno. Wlosy na podłodze, kurz na półkach, nieumyte powierzchnie to fronty szaf, szafki, podłoga w łazience. Problem z kanalizacją- z odpływu prysznica wydobywa się zapach kanalizacji i trzeba zalewać odpływ wodą. ładny zapach w szkle nie wystarcza. Dość głośna lodówka, niskiej jakości wyposażenie, zniszczony prysznic, zużyte naczynia, sztućce, stara zardzewiala patelnia, bardzo miękki i wyrobiony materac. Na zdjęciach mieszkanie wygląda zachęcająco, na żywo niestety widać słabą jakość wyposażenia. w kuchni nie działają dwa gniazdka.
