Świetna, cicha lokalizacja nad rzeką (kajaki w sezonie) obok rynku z dobrą restauracją "księgarnia", blisko dwóch mostów wiec łatwy dostęp do Dobrzynia. Mieszkanie na pierwszym piętrze z wąskimi schodami, ale na górze przestronne trzy sypialnie z łóżkiem małżeńskim i czterema pojedynczym. Salon z super kominkiem gdzie miły właściciel przygotował wszystko. Aneks kuchenny z lodówką, zmywarką. Łazienka z dużą wanną. Bardzo czysto i mili właściciele!
Z zewnątrz elewacja budynku może zniechęcić ale warto wejść do srodka. Apartament znajduje sie na pierwszym pietrze, wejście po schodach dla niektórych może być trudnością.

urokliwe miejsce, super baza wypadowa na kajaki, wszystko co trzeba w okolicy. można zorganizować ognisko i wieczorna posiadówkę
jedyna rzecz do której można się przyczepić, to słaba woda pod prysznicem (ciśnienie) ale to mały pikuś w porównaniu do zalet tego miejsca
